My classes finish with visualisations or meditations and by attending, you will learn how to slow your thoughts and find calmness within yourself.  Become more positive and trust yourself.  

Classes from absolute beginners, to more advanced and those looking for dynamic power classes.

Many people are too concerned that they are not flexible enough for yoga.  My classes will show you that you are not competing with anyone else; you will improve your flexibility as you practice, as you will also improve core strength, leg and arm strength.

You will amaze yourself.

I teach classes both in London and Norfolk and Suffolk.  Classes in London may be held on rooftops overlooking the city and in Norfolk and Suffolk, on the beaches, morning and evening.

I teach at yoga retreats internationally, with my last classes on the beaches of Costa RIca. Weekend retreats are held locally.
