ANTE NATAL TRAINING

 

Working as a Neonatal Nurse since 2007, Marie has spoken to  new mothers and pregnant women, who are looking to maintain their figures for as long as possible during pregnancy and returning to fitness as soon as possible after the birth of their child, whilst also keeping their baby safe.  MH PRO FITNESS Training offers mothers-to-be, individual training programmes designed specifically to meet these needs.  Training to minimise the risk of incontinence following birth, strengthening abs, back and pelvic floor muscles, whilst protecting joints.

During sessions for new mothers. babies are welcomed to watch their mothers from the safety of their prams and baby massage instruction is offered as a complimentary part of the package.

WEIGHT LOSS AND PHYSIQUE FORMATION.
 

MH PRO FITNESS Training works to reduce body fat and

 

improve physique.  Giving you the figure you want; the abs

 

you've been working for and the tone in muscles that prove

 

that strong is definitely the new skinny.  For women

 

especially, weight training is the way forward to get the strong,

 

healthy look that is so feminine and sexy.

 

Men and women both need to know how to use weights to

 

prevent the problem of osteoporosis from their 30s onwards.
